NEURODIVERGENT ABILITIES
Our Services

One To One Support
We know all too well how overwhelming life can be, we also know the positive impact it makes speaking to others who just get it, don't judge, and just want to offer support.
We offer face to face sessions in our Ipswich office that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and relaxation.
We have a wealth of knowledge to point you in the right direction.

Small Group Sessions
Twice a month Michelle and Natalie will be running small group support sessions for a maximum of four persons with similar interests and concerns. Attendees will get the opportunity to meet others going through the same types of challenges, in a comfortable and safe space. Each session will focus on a different topic, offering guidance in the relevant area of neurodiversity. The sessions will be held in a relaxed atmosphere with free tea, coffee and light refreshments.
Our first group, starting in March 2025, will be aimed at Neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent children.

Independent Living Support
Our independent living package enables individuals to thrive within their own home and give them the confidence to live independently. Our focus is always on the individual and we always believe that EVERYONE is able when they have the right support network around them.
Working together with our clients and their families we create a bespoke, person- centred plan focusing on the individual's strengths and wishes.
We then put together a bespoke folder filled with numerous resources and strategies to enable the individual to manage the tasks that may cause them anxiety and overwhelm.
We know that by reducing anxiety before a problem occurs, greatly helps individuals to not worry so much about the 'What if's' because when these 'What if's' happen, they will know exactly what to do.
We put together social stories and visuals to enable them to manage tasks such as housework, cooking, shopping and even how to pay a bill.
We can also support within the community, this could be a weekly shop, attending appointments or even companionship.
We always ensure that the support we offer enables the individual to gain confidence, learn new skills and establish a structure that works for them.
